Barr. Moses Orimoloye Akinjiyan was born in 1954 in Odigbo town. His father was Pa Akinjiyan from Orunsero family (the founder) of Odigbo. His mother was Mrs. Deborah Akinjiyan from the Osunkiyesi family of Odigbo. He attended St. Andrew Primary School Abusoro, via Onisere ward, Odigbo Local Government and Our Savior’s Primary School Odigbo. He also attended St. Gabriel Anglican Secondary Modern School, Odigbo and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
He is Chartered Secretary, Chartered Administrator and Legal Practitioner. He is a fellow of the English Association of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (F.E.A.S., Gwent) in the United Kingdom (UK) and Licentiate member of the Faculty of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (L.F.C.S., Guild ford) in the United Kingdom.
Between 1968 and 2006 he worked as Clerk/Stenographer, Confidential Secretary, Executive Secretary, Administrative Manager, Purchasing Manager, State Counselor and Legal Practitioner in diverse private and public establishment. He incorporated more than 50 private and public companies including Araromi/Ayesan Oil Palm Company PLC, Ondo State, Prime Insurance Brokers, Owena Mass Transportation Company Limited etc and have served as company Secretary/Legal Adviser of more than 20 public and private companies. He participated in the sales of shares of Okitipupa Oil Palm PLC., and Oluwa Glass PLC., on the Nigeria stock Exchange, Lagos. He holds a PHD (Doctorate Award) Honorius Cauca of University of Applied Sciences and Management (USAM) Porto-Novo, Benin Republic.
